Terms of Service

These terms explain the rules for using Bragi, a tool for keeping a Career Library and tailoring Resumes to Job Postings.

Last updated: September 16, 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service apply to your use of Bragi and form the agreement between you and Bragi.

2. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using Bragi, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Bragi. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

3. The service

Bragi lets you store your own Career Library, Contact Details, Job Postings, and Resumes. You can also import a resume PDF for review and ask Bragi to tailor a Resume to a Job Posting.

The Career Library, Job Postings, manual Resume editing, and printing remain free. Import and Tailor require a paid AI Access Pass for standard accounts. Administrator accounts receive access without payment. Each paid pass covers one Bragi account for 30 days after we manually approve the related GCash payment; it does not renew automatically, and another approved payment adds another 30 days after any remaining access.

Before you submit payment details, we show the current price and GCash recipient information. We normally review requests within 24 hours. Pending requests may be withdrawn. Approved passes are non-refundable except for duplicate or mistaken payments, subject to applicable law. We may revoke unused access for a payment reversal, approval mistake, or misuse of Bragi.

4. Your account

You are responsible for the information you provide, keeping your sign-in details secure, and activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You may use email/password sign-in and, when available, Google sign-in.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the Career Library, Contact Details, Job Postings, Resumes, PDF files, and other material you submit to Bragi (together, “User Content”).

You give Bragi a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, store, copy, transform, and transmit User Content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service and its requested features. This permission ends when you delete the relevant User Content, except for copies kept in ordinary backups or where retention is required by law.

You promise that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit User Content, including any information about another person, and that doing so does not violate law or another person’s rights.

6. AI features

When you use Import or Tailor, the relevant resume PDF, Job Posting, and related instructions may be sent to OpenRouter and the model provider selected for that feature. These providers process the information to return the requested result under their own terms and privacy practices.

AI results can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate. Review every imported Entry and tailored Resume before relying on it or sending it to an employer. Bragi does not guarantee an interview, employment, or any particular result.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use Bragi to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, upload content you are not authorized to share, impersonate someone, interfere with the service, probe or bypass security, distribute malware, or attempt to access another person’s account or data.

8. Changes and availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue part of Bragi, including an AI feature. We may update these Terms when the service or law changes. We will post the new version with a new effective date; continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms. Bragi may not always be available or error-free.

9. Ending use

You may stop using Bragi at any time. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these Terms, create a security or legal risk, or misuse the service. Sections that should reasonably continue—such as ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms—will continue after termination.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bragi is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or suitable for your purpose. Do not treat Bragi as legal, financial, employment, or other professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bragi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service. Bragi’s total liability for claims arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid Bragi in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or PHP 1,000 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Philippine law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be brought before courts with proper jurisdiction in the Philippines, subject to any rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
